Food Law Advisor Jobs Contract

This contract is entered into between the employer, hereinafter referred to as the “Company”, and the employee, hereinafter referred to as the “Advisor”.

Term Employment The term of employment of the Advisor under this Agreement shall be for a period of one year, commencing on the date of execution of this Agreement, unless earlier terminated in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement.
Responsibilities Advisor shall provide legal advice and counsel to the Company on matters relating to food law, including but not limited to regulatory compliance, product labeling, and food safety.
Compensation The Advisor shall be paid a monthly salary of $X,XXX, in accordance with the Company`s standard payroll procedures. In addition, the Advisor shall be eligible for performance-based bonuses as determined by the Company.
Confidentiality During the term of employment and thereafter, Advisor shall not disclose or use any confidential information of the Company for any purpose, except as required in the performance of Advisor`s duties under this Agreement.
